Terms of Service

1. The service

Agio Property is a SaaS platform for property management, designed for real estate agents, syndics and private landlords in the Moroccan market. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the platform for the duration of your subscription.

2. Account and access

You are responsible for the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password. Report any unauthorized access immediately to privacy@agio-property.com. We reserve the right to block or delete accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscription and payment

The subscription is billed monthly or annually. In case of non-payment within 14 days of the due date, access will be suspended. Price changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance by email.

4. Your data

You retain full ownership of the data you enter in Agio Property. We process your data solely to provide the service, in accordance with our privacy policy.

5. Retention periods

After termination of your account, the following retention periods apply:

You can export your data at any time via Settings → Export data. We recommend doing this before cancellation.

6. Liability

Agio Property is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss caused by use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in subscription fees over the past 3 months.

7. Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. We may terminate the account for serious violations of these terms, after prior notification by email.

8. Applicable law

This agreement is governed by Moroccan law. In case of disputes, the court of Casablanca has jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
