Agio Property is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and what rights you have under Moroccan Law 09-08.

2. What personal data do we process?
We process the following categories of data:
Account data
Email address, name, phone number, preferred language.
Property data
Addresses, Titre Foncier numbers, purchase prices, rental prices, legal property information.
Client data (entered by you)
Names, CIN numbers, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of your tenants and buyers.
Usage data
Login times, IP addresses, browser type — solely for security and debugging purposes.
3. Purposes of processing
We process your data solely for the following purposes:
- →Providing the Agio Property service (property management, client dossiers, financial overview)
- →Sending transactional emails (invitations, notifications)
- →Improving and securing the platform
- →Complying with legal obligations
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent when creating an account (Article 4 Law 09-08) and on the performance of the contract you conclude with us. Your client data is processed by you as data controller; we act as processor on your behalf.

If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you can file a complaint with the Moroccan data protection authority:

9. Security
All data is stored and transmitted in encrypted form (TLS 1.3). Access is restricted via Row Level Security (RLS). We perform regular backups and monitor the platform for unauthorized access.
10. Changes
We may update this privacy policy. For material changes, you will receive a notification by email or in the application.
